STANDARD TERMS

1. This supersedes our previous price lists/Circulars.
2. VAT & Central Sales Taxes and Other local taxes will be extra as applicable at the time of Supply.
3. The prices are inclusive of current central excise duties and any revision will be to the buyers account.
4. Prices are subject to alteration without prior notice and rates existing at the time of supply will be made applicable.
5. F. O. R Destination for orders worth of Rs. 5,000/- and above at a time.
6. The company reserves the rights to alter orders to the extent of 20% so as to suit standard packing of cartons.
7. The company will not be responsible for breakage/leakage/shortage damage of loss in transit.
8. The orders once placed will not be cancelled.
9. Disputes, if any are subject to jurisdiction of Mysore City Courts Only.
